Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans creamed corn
    4 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    a little salt
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients together. Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 20 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Remove from oven.
    Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer.
