Oven-Browned Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    4 Tbsp. butter
    salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Peel potatoes and cut in half lengthwise. Cut halves into thirds.
    Blanch wedges for 3 minutes in unsalted boiling water.
    Butter baking dish.
    Arrange potatoes in a single layer.
    Baste with melted butter and sprinkle liberally with salt. Roast in center of oven 15 minutes. Turn and roast 15 minutes more.
    Serves 4 to 6.
