Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake mix of your choice
    1 can cherry pie filling, divided
    1 small can crushed pineapple, divided
    1 (16 oz.) whipped topping
    1 large box vanilla pudding mix, divided
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Prepare cake according to package directions.
    Prepare vanilla pudding mix according to directions.
    Cube cake and place 1 layer of cake on the bottom of a large bowl.
    Add 1 layer of cherry pie filling, crushed pineapple, chopped pecans and vanilla pudding. Repeat layers.
    Top with whipped topping.
