Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayo
1/2 c. medium sharp cheese, grated
2/3 c. broken potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cheese and chips. Turn into shallow buttered dish. Top with cheese and chips. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
