Bulghur Wheat Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. bulghur wheat
4 large onions, chopped
3 large celery ribs, chopped
4 c. chicken stock
peanut oil
Preparation

Saute the onions and celery in oil until they are light brown and tender.
Add bulghur wheat and continue cooking and stirring until browned.
Add the chicken stock and mix thoroughly.
Cover and allow to simmer for 20 minutes or until the liquid has been absorbed and the wheat is tender.
