Peachy Morning - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy milk or milk of your choice
1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 c. frozen peaches
1 c. frozen cherries
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Preparation

Pour the milk into the blender and add the yogurt, peaches, cherries, honey and vanilla. Blend on high speed until smooth and serve immediately.
