Apple Crunch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled thin sliced apples
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together sliced apples and sugar.
    Set aside 20 minutes or in refrigerator overnight.
    Add oil, vanilla, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, egg, nuts and flour.
    Pour into floured pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
