Roast Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    neck roast or rump roast (use preferably)
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Wash and clean the meat.
    Wrap tightly in heavy aluminum foil after seasoning it with all ingredients.
    Roast in a heavy roasting pan for 2 to 3 hours in a 325\u00b0 oven.
