Fat-Free Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. Egg Beaters
Pam spray
coarse salt
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add the flour, salt and sugar. Mix well.
On a lightly floured surface, knead the mixture well with your hands.
Roll pieces of the dough into any shapes you like.
Place them on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with the Pam.
