Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large Vidalia onions, peeled and sliced into rings
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    20 crispy buttery crackers (Town House)
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add onions; saute until crisp and opaque.
    Pour half the onions into casserole.
    Cover with half of the cheese and half of the crackers.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
