Shepherd'S Pie(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz. lean ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced, steamed or microwaved carrots
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. canned ready cut tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
    2 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. beef broth or bouillon
    5 small potatoes
    1/4 c. (4 Tbsp.) diet margarine
    1/4 c. nonfat milk, heated
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large nonstick skillet, coated with nonstick spray, saute ground beef and onion until beef is browned and crumbly.
    Drain fat.
    Add carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and rosemary.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
