Delicious Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. syrup (white or dark)
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
    8 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Melt butter in a
    large pan.
    Add syrup and sugar. Boil 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat. Add salt, vanilla and soda.
    Pour over popcorn and stir well.
    Bake 1 hour in a 250\u00b0 oven, stirring every 15 minutes.
