Savory Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 large cooking bag
    1 can tomatoes (16 oz.)
    1 can chicken broth
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 medium green pepper, chopped coarse
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    frozen green peas (8 oz.)
Preparation
    Shake flour in bag.
    Place bag in microwave-safe bowl.
    Roll down top of bag.
    Add remaining ingredients, except peas, squeeze gently to blend and break up tomatoes.
    Close with nylon tie.
    Make 6 (1/2-inch) slits in bag.
    Cook on high 24 to 27 minutes or until almost done.
    Stir in peas.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
