Creamy Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 large jar pimento, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 pt. salad dressing
Preparation

Cut cheese in chunks and place in a saucepan on low heat. Melt it.
Stir occasionally.
When almost melted, add beaten egg and mix well.
Remove from heat and add chopped pimento and salad dressing.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator, stays smooth and creamy.
Makes a generous portion.
