The I-Hate-Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1 sweet onion, chopped
    1 c. carrots, grated
    8 oz. sour cream or low-fat yogurt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 stick oleo
    1 pkg. herbed stuffing mix
    1 lb. cooked shrimp, chopped
    1 lb. lumb crab meat
Preparation
    Saute carrots and onion in a little oil until onion is just translucent.
    Cover and let steam for a few minutes.
    Mix squash, onion, carrots, sour cream and soup.
    Melt butter and toss with stuffing.
