Pumpkin Bread(Makes 3 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. Wesson oil
    4 large eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small can pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    3 (1 lb.) coffee cans, greased and floured
Preparation
    Mix nutmeg, cinnamon, Wesson oil, sugar, eggs and salt.
    When thoroughly mixed, add rest of ingredients.
    Mix well and pour mixture into cans until each can is approximately 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool cans for 10 minutes, then turn out to finish cooling.
    Makes 3 (1 pound) loafs.
