Zucchini Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini, sliced thin
    1 onion, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. Parkay light margarine
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper (just a sprinkle)
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute zucchini, onion and pepper in margarine until tender. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Layer zucchini, onion and pepper mixture with spaghetti sauce in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until casserole is bubbling around the edges.
