Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck (1 1/2 lb. ground chuck and 1/2 lb. Weber's pork sausage)
    1 egg
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. quick oats
    3 slices bacon (medium fried and chopped)
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. catsup
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Shape into loaf, place in pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Twenty minutes before finished baking, brush with 2 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of catsup and water mix.
    Allow to set 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
