Clam Chowder(Serves 6+) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 bunch celery, diced (optional)
    parsley to taste
    tarragon to taste
    Nature's Seasons to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (chopped if desired), drained
    2 cans minced clams plus juice
    1 pt. half and half
Preparation
    Barely cover potatoes, onion and celery with water in large pot.
    Add parsley, tarragon, Nature's Seasons and salt and pepper to taste and simmer for 20 minutes.
