Chicken Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 to 3 1/2 lb. fryer chicken, cut up
1 c. sliced onions
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, undrained
2 tsp. dried thyme
2 tsp. chopped parsley
2 bay leaves
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. hot Tabasco sauce
3 c. chopped green peppers
Preparation

In hot butter, in large skillet, saute chicken until golden brown.
Remove pieces as they brown.
Add onion and garlic to drippings and saute until soft (approximately 5 minutes).
Blend in flour until smooth.
Remove from heat.
