Sausage And Zita Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch slices
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. onions, boiled, drained and halved
    2 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)
    8 oz. zita, cooked and drained
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large saucepan, thoroughly brown sausage; drain fat.
    Add next 3 ingredients; simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Pour mixture over zita which has been placed in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake covered for 25 minutes.\tUncover and top with cheese.
    Bake 10 minutes or until bubbly.
