Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. chopped apples
    1 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat oil and sugar together; add eggs (one at a time).
    Stir in flour, add apples and pecans.
    Batter will tend to be thick.
    Bake in well-greased Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
