Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat (preferably ground chuck)
    1 1/2 c. cooked white rice
    1 very large onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. Heinz ketchup
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    6 to 8 bell peppers (I prefer green, but you can use red or yellow peppers)
    1/2 c. water
    8 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place meat in a large bowl.
    Add rice, onions, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and garlic powder.
    Mix all these ingredients together with your hands.
