Apple Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices dry bread, cubed
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 eggs beaten
    sweetener to equal 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. unsweetened applesauce
    2 Tbsp. liquid Butter Buds
    2 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    ground nutmeg
Preparation
    In an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan, sprayed with Pam, layer half of the bread cubes.
    Mix applesauce, 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon and nutmeg. Spread over bread cubes.
    Layer remaining bread cubes on top. Drizzle Butter Buds on top.
