Overnight Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz) can chunk pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
2 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (6 oz) pkg instant lemon pudding mix
2 tsp Tang orange drink mix
2 or 3 unpeeled apples, diced
2 or 3 bananas, diced
Preparation

Dissolve orange drink mix in pineapple juice.
Add instant pudding mix.
Stir until thick.
Fold in pineapple and oranges. Chill overnight.
Before serving, add apples and bananas.
