Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. each: salt, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots in boiling salted water.
    Drain; add onions and green peppers.
    Mix and boil tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
    Pour over carrot mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Serve hot or cold.
