Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. apples, diced
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Beat together sugar and eggs.
    Add flour, baking powder, salt, apples and nuts.
    Stir.
    Place in ungreased baking dish 9 x 12-inch.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve plain, with whipped cream or ice cream.
