Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oleo.
    Stir in meat and brown.
    Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes; stir in sour cream.
    Heat through.
    Serve with noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6.
