Stuffed Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 extra thick pork chops
1 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion, minced
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 chicken broth or water
Preparation

Cut pocket in each chop.
Make dressing of bread crumbs and seasonings.
Put dressing in the pockets of chops.
Brown on both sides.
Put in shallow pan and place in oven; bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
