Spicy Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    1 c. light corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients, except the pecans.
    Beat with an electric mixer until blended.
    Stir in 1 cup chopped pecans.
    Pour mixture into pastry shell.
    Top with 1/2 cup pecans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
