Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Heat salad oil to 400\u00b0 in deep skillet. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls into hot oil.
Fry until browned. Turn once.
