Lemon Lover Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 18 oz. pkg. reduced fat yellow cake mix
    1 1/2 c. prepared lemonade
    2 eggs or 1/2 c. liquid egg substitute
    1 tsp. grated lemon zest (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. In a large bowl combine cake mix, lemonade, eggs and zest. Beat on low speed for 1 minute, scraping bowl often, then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
