Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. butter
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small clove garlic
    1 can beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. flour, peppered
Preparation
    Cut meat into strips; dust with peppered flour.
    In large skillet, brown meat in butter.
    Add drained mushrooms, onion and garlic and brown lightly.
    Stir in beef broth.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Gradually stir in sour cream.
    Cover over low heat 5 minutes.
    Do not boil.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
