Turkey Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cut up turkey, cooked
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms (optional)
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (about 4 oz.)
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. biscuit baking mix
3 eggs
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in a pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in a blender on high speed or 1 minute with a hand beater.
Pour into a pie plate.
Bake until golden brown and a knife inserted comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Refrigerate any remaining pie.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
