Microwave Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    desired amount chopped onion
    chopped bell pepper (optional)
    1 can beef consomme soup
    1 can water
    1 c. rice
    mushrooms (desired amount)
    sausage if desired
Preparation
    Cook margarine and onion (pepper if used) on High in microwave for 5 minutes.
    Add soup and water.
    Cover and boil 5 minutes. Add rice and cover.
    Cook on Medium (4 or 5 power) for 15 minutes or until done.
    Add mushrooms during last 5 minutes. Top with sausage links.
