Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. coconut
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Then mix in sugar, oil and eggs and mix well.
    Blend in rest of ingredients - carrots, pineapple, coconut and nuts. Spread mixture into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
