Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small jar pimentos
    1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
    chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 slice bread
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Boil, skin and cube the potatoes.
    Add the pepper, onion, pimentos, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Mix bread (crumbled) with milk.
    Put in bottom of baking dish.
    Add potatoes, etc. Melt butter; drizzle over top.
    Bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
