Hidden Valley Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler-fryer chicken (2 to 2 1/2 lb.), cut into 8 pieces
    1 c. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch dressing for salads
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces in shallow baking dish.
    Pour salad dressing over chicken.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Remove chicken; shake off excess marinade.
    Discard marinade.
