Rice Elena - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. cooked rice
    2 c. sour cream
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    salt to taste
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar
Preparation
    Butter a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix all except Cheddar. Pour into casserole.
    Sprinkle Cheddar on top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 12.
