Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 1/2 c. zucchini, grated
1 can (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins (optional)
