Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. onion
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. olive oil
52 oz. pasta sauce
16 oz. Ricotta cheese
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. cooked lasagna noodles
1 1/2 lb. ground Italian sausage, browned
Preparation

In large pan, cook onion and garlic in oil.
Add pasta sauce and sausage.
Simmer 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix Ricotta, spinach, Mozzarella, Parmesan and eggs.
In a 15 x 9-inch baking dish, layer 2 cups sauce, half the lasagna, half the cheeses, remaining lasagna and sauce.
Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until hot.
Uncover.
Top with remaining cheeses.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 15 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes.
