1 c. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
water (add to desired consistency)
Preparation

Heat greased iron skillet in oven at 450\u00b0.
Mix the ingredients; add mixture to hot skillet.
Bake to golden brown.
