Honey-Dijon Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

4 (3/4 lb.) pork tenderloins
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
vegetable cooking spray
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
3 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
fresh rosemary sprigs
Preparation

Trim fat from tenderloins; sprinkle tenderloins with salt and pepper.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add oil.
Place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add 2 tenderloins; cook 10 minutes or until browned, turning occasionally.
Remove from skillet and keep warm.
Repeat procedure with remaining 2 tenderloins.
