Red Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomatoes, mashed
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. rice, cooked and drained
1 bell pepper, cubed
1 onion, cubed
1 helping fat back, fried (save grease for seasoning)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in frying pan; pour fat back grease over. Cook on medium heat until almost dry.
Serve with fat back meat.
