Cream Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. diced celery
2 c. chilled applesauce
1 c. sour cream
Preparation
-
Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
Combine eggs, sugar, lemon juice, salt and pineapple juice.
Cook slowly until mixture coats spoon.
Cool slightly.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Pour into individual molds.
Freeze 4 hours.
