Lemon Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. light salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. butter or Mazola margarine
    4 egg whites only
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
    Add other ingredients and beat 3 minutes.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven 12 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Low-fat and low cholesterol.
