Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 large or 2 small lemons
1 unbaked pie shell
2 egg whites, beaten
Preparation

Cream butter, then add sugar and egg yolks.
Beat until very light.
Add juice and grated rinds of lemons, flour and milk.
Add beaten egg whites last.
Bake slowly at 325\u00b0 in pie shell about 1 hour or until brown.
