Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice

Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients in bowl.
Mix the remaining ingredients in another bowl.
Mix these ingredients alternately with 1 cup buttermilk.
Add 1 cup cooked prunes (cut up) and 1 cup chopped nuts.
Cook at 250\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes in tube pan.
