Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift the first 8 ingredients.
Mix the eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, pumpkin and nuts.
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour batter 3/4 full into 3 greased and floured coffee cans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
After cooling, remove from cans and store.
Makes a great dessert when sliced and topped with whipped cream and a cherry.
