Short Cut Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. seasoned tomato sauce
    1 to 2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    salt to taste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna or wide noodles
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, spaghetti mix and garlic.
    Simmer 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Salt to taste.
    Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until tender; drain and rinse in cold water.
